So, I think I'm done for this month. I'm going to finish No Rest for the Wicked within the next day or two but I don't want to push myself to get it done just for the sake of finishing it. The other two books are lost causes, at least for now. They both didn't grab me as much as I would have liked. I'm sure I'll go back to them at some point though.

I really want to start something new though so I'm excited for the first. I'm starting the August challenger sooner than I did the July so hopefully I'll be able to finish.

Just letting everybody know that I missed the July 26 update...things just got crazy!

I will just do a final update on August 1st to wrap up the challenge.

ok, this is my final update for the month--everything I've read so far this month. I didn't get through quite as many as normal for a couple of reasons. I was concentrating on my classes on my new toy (boy, that new embroidery machine is N*I*C*E) and also the last 2 books (The Kate Mallory ones) just could NOT engage my attention. I knew that the first one would be the usual "first book in a series" with all that implies, but the second didn't get any better. So, I'm going to return the rest of the series to the library and not bother trying to force myself to read it.

Yz, thanks for the completion 'Congratulations', but I didn't earn it this month - only completed 6/9. Hopefully, I'll earn it in the August challenge!
