The history classroom.

Teacher: Mr. Hillen

Seeing very little people in this class, Mara decides she doesn't have to be so elusive. She talks quietly with the teacher when she receives her text book and sits by the window in the front. She is interested in History because she hopes it will be like storytelling and learning about other places past and present excites her because she has been to very little. It is also the one subject that her mentor could not teach her much of besides his own, so this might just be a challenge and she likes the idea of that.

Again being the first day it is mainly introductions and talking about the material that will be covered for the year. She had no idea what all the countries the Mr. Hillen was talking about was or where they were but she soon figured it out finding her first ever map of the globe. She knew and liked maps, they helped out in the backcountry and she knew she was on a planet and what that meant but they just did not have any texts at their house that adequately explained political maps of the globe and how they changed over time as wars were fought, won and lost.

The class came to and end and she knew it would be a challenge to get this class right but she would do it. She did everything right the first time. She headed to her next class, another challenge for her; Technology.

Matt enters, hating his day. The teacher doesn't notice him, so he take advantage to hide in the back row. He opens a history book, and tries to follow along with the lesson.

Alex sighs. Early, late, early late. She decides she needs to find someone with the same classes as her to walk with. She laughs at the thought. She's pretty much silent all through class, but she's the first one out the door.

Roni enters the history classroom taking close notes but generally only paying enough attention as is necessary before moving on to her next class- Alex better be there.
