If you HAD to choose a top five paranormal romance book series, which would they be?

Mine would be:

1) Night Huntress
2) Black dagger brotherhood
3) Lords of the underworld
4) Immortals after dark
5) Alien huntress

Wow that was harder than I thought, especially deciding on number 1&2!!!

That is kind of mean making me only be able to choose five! :P

Although I am pretty sure these all could be considered Urban Fantasy as well so..I don't know LOL!

That was hard and I kept going back and forth on a few on whether I liked one more than the other.

I realize that Kate Daniels is more UF but I just love it too much to not include it.

I'm going with a couple of PN books as well. And a series that not too many others love, but that I do.

Andre Norton's Witch World series (30+ books, so that I'd have a few days of reading just with this series.

Jim Butcher's Dresden Files series (12 books as of right now)

Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson & Alpha and Omega series. (Mercy 7 books with #8 due out in March, I think it is, and 3 books in Alpha & Omega) I know it's ONE series, but they have a lot of cross-over and what affects one, affects the other.

Ilona Andrew's Kate Daniels series (6 books, plus several short stories/novellas and a companion novel from Andrea's PoV)

Shelly Laurenston's Pack & Pride series (3 books in the Pack series plus 8 in the Pride series.) Same argument as Patty' Briggs 2 series.

Okay I feel bad that I am the only one that cheated and posted more than 5. :(

As in all series, I liked some books more than others in the series, but these are (overall) my top five:

I haven't read the whole Night Huntress series yet,just the first three but I agree that it is pretty great!Already got the fourth one downloaded.

I've been trying to read the Psy series, finding if hard to get into. Worth persevering?
