Carrie | 310 comments I know, I know. 25 books? Doesn't seem like much, but I just have difficulty finding the time! I work in an elementary school library PART TIME, my kids are grown (my baby still "lives" at home, but I rarely see him) where does my time go? I have no idea My challenge is to read 25 YA or Adult books - not planning on including children's books I read to keep up with the kids at school.

Carrie | 310 comments I've read 2 books so far!!! I just finished Brief History of the Dead by Kevin Brockmeier. It wasn't what I thought it was going to be, but it was good. The ending was a bit odd, but there really wasn't anywhere else to go, I guess. The other book I read was First Impressions by Nora Roberts. Enjoyed it, always enjoy Nora Roberts even if they can be predictable.
I've started another audio book in the car, but I need finish a children's book before I can start anything else.
Hope everyone is progressing nicely with their own challenges :)

Carrie | 310 comments Oh, I am sooo far behind! I have been reading, but I'm really terrible about keeping this updated. Since the last update I have completed :
Letter from a Stranger by Barbara Taylor Bradford
Against the Wall by Julie Pretsater
Your House is on Fire, Your Children All Gone by Stefan Kiesbye
AND
Divergent by Veronica Roth.
I am currently reading(audio) Bellman and Black by Diane Setterfield (almost finished!) and I just started reading (book) Cloudland by Joseph Olshan.

Let's see... that puts me up to 6! I have read other books but they are not YA or Adult. I need to read more :/ Hopefully, whileon vacation and some extended quiet time in the car and on a boat, I'll be able to accomplish that!

Carrie | 310 comments I just finished Cloudland by Joseph Olshan. It was good. . a little predictable near the end, but still enjoyable to read :)
AND I finished Bellman & Black by Diane Setterfield.

I would start another audiobook but I'm not in the car as much as when I'm working (that'll start again in September). I've got a trip coming up so if I can get hubby to agree, we'll listen to one on the road. Otherwise, it's paper or e-books for me :)

8/25 - getting there!
