Eira walked briskly to the forest trying to get there as fast as possible. She led Eli under a tree and sat down.

"No problem." she said shrugging. She smiled and picked a leaf off the ground. She put a layer of frost over the leaf and set it down again.

"Maybe we can arrange for you to have a room in the garden?" Eira suggested. "I think that might help you get used to it." She said returning the smile. It was nice to know that she could trust someone here.

Annie liked forests. They were safe not only for her, but for anyone around her. There was never glass in a forest, so she didn't have to worry about causing an accident. She wandered around a bit, just listening to the birds sing and the wind rustling the trees. She had remembered Eli and that girl he left with... what was her name again?... saying that they were going to the forest so Eli could recharge or something. She didn't mean to follow them there, she had been wandering in the city and had suddenly found herself at the outskirts of the woods. She kept walking aimlessly, not really paying attention to where she was going, her fingers rubbing the swirly pattern on her pendant.
Eira heard a noise. She shot up from the ground and glanced around the forest.

Eira saw the girl walk throught the woods... A girl from the café. Eir cleared her throat and stepped out from the tree.

"Eli needed to get back to nature. So I helped him before he collapsed from the separation. What are you doing here!" She countered filing her pale arms across her chest an swinging her hair over her shoulder.

Eira stifled a smile. They, Annie and Herself, were alike. They both had trust issues, and tended to wander. Emirs nodded her head, "interesting." She said with matching shortness.

Eira frowned slightly as Eli rushed off, leaving her alone. Well, almost alone.
"Eira Frost." She stated takin a couple steps away and sitting t the base of the tree again.

"That's a good hunch." Eira said fake clapping. "Whats yours, following people?" She stated plainly. She uncrossed her arms and moved her hair to a different shoulder.

Eira shrugged. "I don't care if it does or not, I can still freeze someone's but off anytime I want." She stated casualy. Then wondered I she actually could do it. "Are you willing to show me what you can do, or do you have trust issues as well?" Coyly stated Eira.

Eira nodded. She rememberd all the times she couldn't keep it under control, resulting with her father kicking her out of the house, while she was still in middle school. "I understand." She finally said. "But you will learn to control them eventually. Don't worry." She added. She didn't know why she was reassuring this girl, but she was copying what her air told her once.

"I'll tell you about mine if your tell me yours." Eira said referring to Annie's accidents. She patted the ground that was close, but not too close, for her to come sit down.

"Lets flip a leaf" Eira said finding a leaf that was more green on one side, and yellow on the other. "Pick a color." she suggested.

Eira nodded, she touched the leaf and froze both sides. She tossed it up I the air and it fluttered down to the ground, after floating in the wind for a couple seconds.

"Green." Eira said with a slight smile. "So you decide whether or not you or I shall share first." she added sitting back against the tree. She picked the leaf up and froze it completely.

Eira nodded. That's what she would of chosen in her shoes. "Well, in first grad we had a freak snow storm. Everyone was playing outside in the snow, covered head to toe in thermal clothes. And then there was me, in short selves and shorts. I was doing all the other things the other kids were doing, but I didn't feel cold at all."
"So naturally, they all called me a freak. I ran inside and didn't go out into the snow for the rest if the storm." Finished Eira. She didn't feel upset by the experience, she knew she was different. If people didn't like her because of it, too bad for them.

Matt sits at the base of a tree, spinning a small ball of fire between his hands. He seems to be thinking deep thoughts. He gives his trademark smile, a devilish smirk that flatters most. He evaporates the fire, and switches to water, making various shapes with the liquid.

Matt looks up quickly as the fire vanishes. He studies the newcomer, then leans back against the tree again. "I figured no one would be around." He said with a smirk.

"And water, and earth, and air." Matt says. He scrambles up eagerly. "Would you like to see? I've been working on several things for ages, but never got them quite downpat till recently. I think I actually have the hang of it."

Matt sticks his tongue out slightly as he concentrates. "This one's simple, but it takes a little time to get right." He holds up a hand, and water condensates from the air. It wiggles and squiggles, then forms a small blade. Matt breathes in, and the water freezes, forming a perfect dagger. "En garde." He jokes, and tosses it at a rock. It smashes. "Eh, cheap toys. Break after a minute of play." He laughs.

"Yeah..." Matt says. "I haven't done much with it since I accidentally burned down a barn." He wrinkles his nose. "It was old anyway." He erupts flaming swords in both hands, but they're wavery and fizz out. "Fire used to be my strongest..."

"Matt." He replies, shaking his hand. "I'd appreciate your help." He smiles. "After all, when you can't even form a fire arrow, you're pretty bad." An arrow of fire erupts and fizzles. "See?"

"I'm large scale about everything." Matt laughs. "Size matters, you know." He formed a club out of stone. "Earth is easy, but a bit chunky." A water dagger. "Water flows nicely, but it's sometimes hard to freeze it right..." He pauses, then smiles. "And air..." He pulls his hands back, then twirls them slowly. A small tornado forms in his palm, and he holds it. "Is quite fun to mess around with." The tornado vanishes. "But fire is by far my favorite."
