I have challenged myself to 48. 19 read so far, so it's going pretty well.

The trick is to enter a reread as a different edition. That's what I've done on the rare occasions I've reread something -- which is usually years after the initial reading.

I just put the old dates into that private notes area and then I can get the reread dates to work for the challenge.
I have read 78 out of 208, so 26 ahead of schedule!

I can't believe we're into May already! I am still managing to stay four books ahead, with 37/100 read so far. I have a couple "heftier" tomes ahead of me this month (group reads for other groups), so I'm hoping that lead doesn't slip too much.

I hear that! I'm wishing I could speed-read through my current book. :-\

I can't believe we're in June already. I am currently 48/100 and seven books ahead of my goal. It's nice to have that padding when you hit a book that takes more than a week to get through, such as my current read, East of Eden.

Ah, someone who appreciates "padding" as much as me and Linda. ☺

As long as it isn't on my thighs. ;)
ROFLMBO... I hear that -- and it's why I walked three miles tonight. Ugh! I need to get back in the habit now that the weather has finally warmed.
Still somehow managing to stay ahead. According to GR I am currently at 57/100, or eight books ahead.

Melodie and Jennifer: Congrats on being ahead!
Chuckster: Plenty of time to catch up -- you can do it! ☺

Is it really August already? How did that happen? The summer (for those of us in the northern hemisphere) seems to be flying by at alarming speed. Our 6-week Concert on the Square series ended this week, and back-to-school sales are in full swing.
Challenge check-in: I have finished 65.5 books in my goal of 100 (I'm halfway through #66), or seven books ahead. I think I'm going to be grateful for that cushion this month, as there are a couple classic group reads I'd like to try and tackle.

I'm 127/221, 1 behind. Well, I've not been in a reading mood this month (rereading comfort reads mainly), so it's normal.
Melodie: Yay, congrats on getting ahead! ☺
Marissa: One behind isn't that bad, and is easy to make up. Hope you're feeling better and in more of a reading mood soon! :)
