Yeah, I have read and own every book written by Lora Leigh, and I must say every single one of them is excellent.

No I haven't, but I am always willing to take recommendations. What are some of her books?

Just want to echo Jennifer, because I haven't read her but I've heard of her. What's her first paranormal romance, or which one should I read first, and what are they about?

Her paranormal romances are the Breed series books. She has a couple of different "parts" to the series. The first books cover the discovery of a human-lion hybrid "pride" that was created to be super-soldiers by the government, but who escaped to live free. The second set of books (I think this is the order, I don't have them right in front of me) is an offshoot dealing with the human-wolf pack that was also created at the same time as the human-lion hybrids. The evolution of human/hybrid relations in each book makes it more interesting to read in order, but the stories stand alone if you happen to pick them up out of order.

I love books like this, like Nalini Singh and Keri Arthur - I loved this about Dark Angel too.

What is the title of the first Breed book, do you know?

According to her website (which is blocked as Porn at my workplace...) the first Breed book was "Tempting The Beast". The rest of them are listed in order on http://www.loraleigh.com/chronology/.

I love the breed series it breaks your heart and makes you feel great at the same time. The books can be read as stand alones, but they always refer back to characters from previous books. There are two sets to the Breed Series the Wolf and the Feline...all are great the cronological reading list is

This put the books in order by date which is helpful, but out of order by series of wolf and feline. I really love these books and own them all but some are harder to get then others...If you don't mind reading them on your computer you can pay for them and download them from Ellorascave.com they have them all. Hey Jennifer, I really didn't take the time to write out the list I just pasted it here beacuse people were saying that they could not access the site that the list were it was located...I thought it might be helpful to have it listed here! I really love her books and I like to discuss them with others who read them or tell others about her.

I thank you for the list too. I'm having a hard time finding all of them. My favorite so far is Tanner's Scheme.

Hmmm....favorite that is so hard I think Jacob's Faith is my favorite out of the Wolf Breeds... Dawn's Awaking or Temping the Beast is my favorite books of the Feline Breeds. I love them all but you always have little things that make the favorites!!

Thanks for the list! I didn't realize I bought books 7,8, and 9, thinking it was the beginning. Just ordered 1-3. I love ebay! LOL

So are these stand alone, as long as you have the breed right?

I really loved Tanner's Scheme and Dawn's Awakening, but I think her Ellora's Cave breed books are better...what do ya'll think?

Some of these titles sound familiar, though I've never heard of the author.

Oh gosh! I'm confused. There are TWO Breed Series? I just ordered Tanner's Scheme last week - the website said it was the third in the series, but apparently it is #9? Help!
