This book:
Acacia: The War with the Mein seems to have summary missing. It is at the url for the book, but not found in the GR entry.
I'm sure people won't mind if you post in the wrong place in the librarian group, but I'm not sure how many people are aware of it at all.
Fixed the description for the above book.

:)
I remember posting in there once for a mistake I found a few months back. I read carefully and even ASKED where to put it. I put it where somebody said was appropriate and then I still got 'chastised" because it was in the wrong place.

Well don't allow it to put you off. Librarians can be very uptight sometimes about rules :D
Probably all of us are a bit OCD.

I know....I think I should be one for that very reason! ;)

You can apply to be one. It's always useful if you know any other (human) languages. Oddly enough Klingon is available when setting a book language :D

Correct Amazon Link:
http://www.amazon.com/Departure-G-Rid...
Hi Chris,
The buy links are personalized and often ASINs are associated with specific amazon and audible websites (For example a book may have it's unique ASIN for amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, audible.com, audible.fr and etc. (You can also tell it to search by title, click on the online stores link and choose title)
The way to find the ASIN is often to look at the URL link (that is the only option for audible for exapmple). If you look at the link you have provided the ASIN is completely different than the book you linked (which is simply no longer available with that ASIN on the amazon.com and amazon.co.uk website.)
This is the edition corresponding to the amazon link (and you will find the buy link does work on it). If that is your edition I suggest you use the "review this edition" link to swap them.
Hope that explains it :)

We do not remove edition jut because they are no longer published. The swap link just swaps your edition (and it is "switch to this edition", not "review this edition", which will add a duplicate on your shelves - my mistake). You will see the link only if you have shelved the book and you are looking at an edition other then the one you have shelved. (This is the edition on your shelves, and this is the one currently being sold on Amazon)
you should see the following on this second book's page
My Review Review this edition | Switch to this edition

Fixed the description. The edition you were looking at was published by Hodder & Stoughton, so it would've been impossible for the publishing house to be Czech or Polish, ergo the description should have been in English.

Thanks. What about the previous one? If you can't do it, could you flag it properly in the librarian area?

I've checked it out and replaced it with this link: http://www.amazon.com/In-His-Majestys... . Is this OK?
Removed the link. The buy buttons should be used instead. ASINS work only with the website they are associated with. Amazon and audible will assign different ASIN's for their different websites. For example the same book will nave different ASIN in UK and US so unless both are listed on each site only link will work. It is a matter of shelving the correct edition, not add links to every possible seller.

This field is for entering a URL officially associated with that book, such as a page on an author's site for the book. It may also be an author or publisher's website for the book, if it contains additional information or resources not on Goodreads.
Fan sites, libraries, Amazon book pages, WorldCat, Library of Congress, reviews, book sellers, Wiki pages or other such pages should NOT be listed.

Goodreads used to set up a default description and some people will still do that so there might be a lot of these still on the site.
