The most common thing I see here is people anxious and DESPERATE to talk about themselves and their current literary offerings.
Should we call the group CHRISTIAN WRITERS?
Personally I have no interest in this and would quit immediately. But often any discussion I have started gets interrupted by someone who assumes NOW is the time to boast to the world how applicable their written work is to every issue at hand. (Hint: i'm generally not interested in your scribbles.)
For those who don't endlessly post about their efforts and actually chat about theological and Biblical offerings: I applaud you.
I'm new here so, I don't know how the people here are normally but, I may leave if that is all that is offered here. There are other groups or sites that offer that for people. Maybe they should join those sites and groups as well as this one.
Okay then. It appears that some of us shall proceed as enthusiastic Christian readers of theology, commentaries, history, geography, spiritual concerns - and on occasion; Christian fiction. :D
