Everybody is offering promo codes for their audio books on audible.com. I just had a book released and I want to do a giveaway.

How does an author obtain these promo codes. Everything I read on audible.com is for USING the promo codes, not getting some for giveaways.

Can authors get a discount for promo codes or do we have Gift full price books?

The a-book was produced in ACX, but I can't find a thing there about it either.
