I have a habit of buying weird cookbooks when I find them. The 1950s Esquire Cookbook for Men has the best pancake recipe I've ever made (beer pancakes.)
I have the Harley Davidson cookbook, and a couple of cookbooks collecting the favorite recipes of celebrity musicians.
I've also been known to buy recipe card boxes from random garage sales. Those can be fantastic.

I have a binder like that too, Misha. That is what I use the most.

I collect Junior League cookbooks. I have one from San Francisco and one from Hawaii. They are fabulous. Those women know how to throw a party.
