BarryP (barrypz) | 3498 comments I was on the cheering bench for Plum Island too. But I had a frying pan and was hitting myself in the head with it.

Dan in AZ | 2960 comments I liked the Yiddish cop too, and read four from the list, only two of which I really disliked.

Ann (annrumsey) | 16933 comments After enjoying The Cutting Season, I am tempted to try Attica Locke's Black Water Rising. Diversity in reading tastes makes this group fun. I read Plum Island so long ago I wonder how I would react to it today. I listened to the audio as I recall for most of the John Corey books and his smart mouth made the series interesting.
