I downloaded a kindle app to my phone and now I, too, have a $1.99 copy!

I downloaded this just yesterday because it looks good and the awesome deal obviously, so I'm looking forward to starting next week. This looks to be very different from what I'm currently reading, which is Admission and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. What can I say, I like to mix it up! :)

I usually sit on the couch and read at night while my husband watches Tv. He watches the big bang theory. I agree with you he seems like Sheldon to me too.

I'm just under a quarter of the way through - he is like Sheldon! A bit less mean though hehe.

Danielle, I just read this last month and absolutely loved that whole scene. So I was also reminded of Sheldon, but a version who wasn't portrayed like he was just ridiculous.

Danielle - that scene gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling! Really positive message.

I am at about 30% and I absolutely love it! What a fun book! I really like Don and Rosie. It's a hard book to put down and since it is on my phone, I catch myself reading it whenever possible.

I have only read the first two chapters so far but its very cute. I like Don.

I started last night, cute characters, and yes, Don reminds me of Sheldon also, from "Big Bang". I love the restaurant scene so far. LOL! I'm on chapter 13--so I better get reading.

I think this would make a great film :)

Yay, I just found out this will be made into a movie!

Okay, so I just started this the other day and it's such an adorable quirky little story. I definitely agree about the Sheldon resemblance.

I'm in the process of finishing 2 other books but I couldn't resist this one. It looked to inviting sitting in my kindle library :)

It looks like a quick read though. It's great that there's a movie coming for it!

I just finished and agree with the word quirky to describe the story and characters. It was a delightful, quick read. Glad it was suggested. I did not know a movie was coming out, will look forward to it. I'd like to know who Danielle has in mind for Gene, but the perfect actor for Don is not available now, unfortunately.

Am up to Chapter 10 and thoroughly loving this book!! I had no idea that it may become a movie - it would be difficult to pull off (imo) unless Don narrated it throughout...

I am still on chapter 3. life is getting in the way of my reading!

I had this book on my kindle. I thought I read at the end that there is going to be a second book. Does anybody know?
