I'm currently having a break from writing.
This is a good time to talk about the titles I've written.
For those who like romantic vignettes and Short Stories, I have six collections on offer. My picks of these are A Taste of Life and Love in Australia Long and Short Australian Stories and Encore.
If you prefer a bit more length per story, you may find that my novellas are more to your liking.Amelia's Call , Michaela Betrayed and Lauren Played are my three titles.
Another release, the recently reviewed 60 Questions, Insights and Reminiscencesed has been written to especially appeal to those who grew up during the 1950's and 60's.

Thanks, Brenda. Ron and I have been going swimming. Chicki comes along to spectate, though once she got wet up to her tummy. :) Photos on my Wordpress blog, about a week or two ago.

Indeed she does. One of the problems of being a long-haired dog. :) She usually needs about half an hour's grooming after a bath, which fortunately she seems to like.

Does she get hot in this weather with all that hair? We have our little dog clipped as she suffers through the heat, but her hair is heavier than Chicki's.

She doesn't seem to. Sometimes I thin it out. We have a professional set of clippers, but when I use them her coat feels coarse. At home, she spends time in the air-conditioned room (She's asleep in here, right now.)

She's lucky then:) They do sleep a lot don't they;)

Yes. She seems to need more rest than we humans do. :)

:) Truthfully, Chicki seldom barks, day or night. The sole exception is a most impressive display when we are taking her out to the car. She gets so excited, she barks like crazy until she is in it. But once she is strapped into the middle of the back seat, she simply relaxes until we get to our destination.:) And when we get there, she is absolutely silent.

Haha! They all have their idiosyncrasies don't they!

Last Saturday we got a new addition to our family. Albert the Second arrived! Ron and I chose him from a specialty bird Pet Shop. He's yellow and green, with greyish wings. Our other Budgerigar, Victoria, and the newcomer had a battle of wits over possession of one of the swings. Eventually, she gave up and settled for the unwanted one, so last evening we saw each of the birds enjoying a swing simultaneously. :)

What I meant was, that Chicki is enjoying the birds, and is fascinated by the newcomer....:)

What a day! I passed (100%) on my first attempt to get a Learners Licence. A major relief!
Then, Shelleyrae sent me an email accepting 'Encore' for review!
All so exciting....

I'm astonished to be able to say that 'Love. Desire and Betrayal' is currently listed as the Number One Best Seller (Kindle Paid) for Australian and Oceania Literature.
