How do guys feel about him?

Why does he have to make us wait so long for his next book to come out?

I actually really like his writing! I love the Percy Jackson series!! I'm reading The Son of Neptune at the moment. I've read comments from quite a few people who seem to really dislike his writing though?

I love how he always has a cliff hanger most of the time. So in 6th grade I read the PPJ and I loved it. I tried reading the Lost Hero but didn't like. Until I found out it was a spin off series. I almost died in Walmart when I found out that is was a spin off series.

Have you read his Chronicles of Kane series? I really wanna read that next! I love anything todo with Greek Mythology and Ancient Eygpt!

@Layla - I totally get what you mean by a bit juvenile, i think that might be why i like it! Its not completely filled with romance and teenage love angst that everything else is filled with. Granted theres a little bit of it but i like that its more action then anything! I've never read anything by Lauren Oliver, Is she one of your favourite authors? I'll have to look her up! What would you recommend to read thats written by her?

One of my personal favorite authors of all time. As a boy his writing captivated me, and as a young adult it inspired me as well.

He's awesome!! I cannot wait for the last book in the Heroes of Olympus series!

He's a pretty good author, funny dialogue

I've only read The PJ books by him, but I absolutely loved them. I liked how casual the narrative voice was at times, really stayed true to the character.
