Judith (jloucks) Deb:

I really like your list so far. What did you think of The Innocent Man, The Keep and Thirteenth Tale? They are all on my TBR list. I might be interested in Three Cups of Tea also, but I've not read anything about it yet.

Read on!

Judith

Deb Hi Judith:
The Innocent Man was a great book, I don't want to give anything away, it was shocking, sad, at times I would just shake my head in disgust but I am very glad I read it, a lot to discuss at bookclub. The Keep was good - at times I was a little lost in the story line, but I love a good ghost story, especially involving castles, murder and ghosts. The Thirteenth I really loved this book. The gothic atmosphere, the main characters are deep and mysterious. I could not put this book down and was surprised to the very end. My bookclub that meets in person is reading this book in May - it will be interesting to see what they all think. A friend of mine tried to read it and just couldn't get through it - so I will be anxious to hear your thoughts.

Deb Hi Judith:
Three Cups of Tea was good; maybe not as good as I thought; I wasn't sure what to expect; but Greg who wrote the book has accomplished some amazing things and meet some amazing people; I was very impressed with that.

Judith (jloucks) Thanks so much, Deb. I'll keep all three of these on my list and let everyone know my reactions. They sound very good to me!

Deb I couldn't put this book down until I got to the last 50 pages and then I was confused maybe a little disapointed. The story kept me guessing and the ending was a surprise.
