For anyone who would like to join, We are going to be following Sharon Salzberg's book Real Happiness: The Power of Meditation during this month and doing her 28 day program found in the book. The book is divided into weeks so the schedule for reading would be:
If we have the reading done by the beginning of the week then we can follow the meditation practices in that week's reading for the week.
