this is suposedly the only version, wierd thing is that I have one with the same ISBN that looks way different

so why does this version not excist?

Looks like someone has now reverted an (incorrect) cover change on that edition.

But so where does my version fit. If it has the same ISBN but different cover? Can't find my version online when I search cerulean sins. But since I am holding it in my hand it does exist

The reverted cover doesn't match yours either then? Since the book is 10 years old, it could have been printed multiple times with different covers.
