@Lucy : Please edit your books and points for this challenge since reading the same book for more than one clue isn't allowed.

So I can use it for more than one CLUE but each "cover" clue has to have a different book? Just wanting to clarify, as I am a little confused.

No...each "cover" clue doesn't have to be different....any two clues from the entire set....so if you book is appropriate for two cover clues, then be it so:)

You said in message 11 its for two clues? Now I am REALLY confused.

PLEASE clarify.. I'm sorry if this sounds "nasty" but I struggle to word things when I am confused, and it is not intended to be negative in any way.
Lucy wrote: "I've edited my post, please tell me if it is still incorrect as I am incredibly confused as to the rules. One minute a book can be used for two clues for one person, and then only one clue for me....."
Okay....look, I think I know what you're getting at. The clues are A#1, A#2, A#3.....etc., not Genre-free clues, genre-based clues and cover clues. These three are only the headings under which all the other clues are listed.
SO, you can read one book for maximum two clues. For eg, if I read the book Twilight, then the clues C#1 and B#1 would be fulfilled....trying to understand? Ask me if you have any doubts.

Is that correct, and are my books in my original post now correct, also?
@Lucy and @Sarah : Look, each book can be read for any two clues, from any of the two categories. Any two clues from any category. Got it?
And both your posts are all right now:) Ask me if you have further doubts.

TIME LIMIT : 4 months from when you start
You can't read the same book for more than TWO clues.
Two new things about this challenge:
Firstly, this reading challenge is a points-based reading challenge, i.e. - participants will earn points on reading books and, this challenge will also have a winner! The one who earns the most points, will be the winner of the challenge!
Secondly, this is a regular challenge. That is, after the end date, it will be started again with changed clues and new participation.
Important!:
-I've written the points beside each clue in brackets. As and when you complete each clue, you update them in your post and add up your points and post them in the same post. At the bottom of each post, there should be something like this : "My points = '....' "
-It is not compulsory to complete all clues, just see that you get as many points as possible.
-Update all the books you read in one post itself, by using the 'edit' option to edit your post.
-When you update your books do mention the correct clue number of the clue for which you read the book so that it will be easy for you to add up your points and for me to check them later.
-Once you update the books you read, and once you have updated your points, I will update your current progress in the Participation Wall which is the third post in this thread.
The Participation Wall is a common post which will contain the points of all the participants.
-If, by any chance, you update your points and I haven't updated them in the participation wall, bring it to my notice as soon as possible!
That's all! Clues are mentioned in the next post:) All suggestions, queries and updates to be made in this thread itself.
