You may have noticed that the new message indicators haven't been working properly, it looks like the new message indicators should be working properly now. You will need to clear each folder to start over though.
You can clear them all easily at one time. If you select "Discussions" from the top right menu section, you'll see "unread." If you select that, you'll then see "mark all as unread" at the bottom right. Select that and all of the red new messages will be removed.
