The new base of operations for Calliope and Lukas.

The portal opened and Lukas walked out holding Calli's hand. "It looks like we're at my house."

Calli had been here so often that she didn't bother with formalities like waiting to be offered a seat. Instead she released Lukas and waltzed over to the couch. She took her usual perch on the arm and motioned for lukas to sit in the couch next to her. "So what should we do first? Hypnosis or figuring out what all happened to us?"

"Well we should figure out what happened... But that can wait. Hypnosis time!" He replied with a smirk.

(To note, he's half-joking especially because he wants to see her laugh.)

Calli laughed and shook her head. "How will you ever decide which to do first? You had a longer list than usual earlier." She was relieved that he wasn't pushing her to sort out the details. That was one thing that she definitely wasn't looking forward to.

"Hypnosis it is!" He announced and pulled out the pendulum they used to hypnotize each other before and began to swing it in front of her. "Your getting sleepy Calli, Sleepy..."

"Slee-py," Calli said through a yawn.

"Now when I snap my fingers you'll fall into a deep trance." He then snapped his fingers

(Do they still have the rays or did they lose them?)

Calli was in the trance. This feeling had become all too familiar to her and she welcomed it.

(They still have them.)

"Alright Calli, When I wake you up, if I say your full name and a command you'll have to obey that command. Nod if you understand."

Calli nodded her head.

He smiled and snapped her out of the trance. "So feel better now?"

"Much better. I'm still tired though." Calli slid off the couch arm and onto Luka's lap.

"Of course I can control you now by just saying something like Calliope, freeze" he finished with the command.

Calli froze on his lap with one arm around his neck and her legs crossed at the ankle. 'I can still talk to you this time.'

He laughed a bit. "Don't run off while I get something for you to change into." He replied as she moved her onto the couch and ran up to his room.

'OK, but don't take too long.'

He ran off and soon returned with the Sailor Moon costume. "You look so funny stuck like that!"

Calli laughed, 'I bet I do. So how long have you had that thing hidden in your closet?'

"Honestly since last Halloween. It's what I was gonna make you wear if you lost that bet." He explained. "Calliope unfreeze and put this outfit on."

Calli got up and took the costume from Lukas. She looked it over and headed to the bathroom so she could change. After 3 minutes of making sure every single detail was right she went back to his living room.

"Do you like that outfit?" He asked her as she came in. He thought she looked cute in it.

(Did she also do Sailor Moon's hairstyle too?)

(yeah she did.)

"I love it!" she exclaimed. "The hair was a little tricky but I managed."

He was about to give another command when he felt the statue ray still in his pocket. He pulled it out. "Well look what I have!" She mentioned with a smile showing it to her. As she was talking though he turned her to marble with it.

Calli stopped midsentence. 'Really? Haven't we been through enough of this for today?'

He couldn't stop laughing at her pose. "You look completely hilarious!"

Calli would have rolled her eyes if she could have. 'Of course you think so.'

"You wanna see your pose?" He asked.

Calli didn't answer.

"I'll take that as a maybe." He got a camera and snapped a picture then restored her. "So what were you saying before I turned you to stone?"

"I was saying how much I love you even though you are a pain in the neck. I also wanted to ask where your family was. Oh yeah and if you thought I was a freak show because of my powers."

"The others went on some trip with my little sister." He replied with a sigh.

"Oh. Well why didn't you go?" Calli couldn't help but notice that he had not answered her last question.

(Mind if in my next post is when he accidentally triggers his powers as he kisses her of course only intending to show his love?)

"Because I wanted to stay with you. And besides that it was with her Girl Scout troop. Actually remember when we accidentally hypnotized her whole troop with that one trick?" He replied, not really realizing the question he missed.

(that's fine.)

"You got banned from going to anymore Scout trips if I remember correctly. I'm glad you were here though. I hate to think what might have happened if you hadn't been here."

"But that was still so much worth it. I loved when we made them all become little puppies." He replied, and the memory made him remember again how much he loved her. He got up and quickly pulled her into a kiss. It was quite obviously out of nowhere, he had quickly pulled her in, arcing her back a bit so he could kiss her and kept the kiss going. What he didn't know though was that he now had powers too, and this outburst of emotion just began to trigger them making Calli start to freeze up and all color in her body start to go pale and gray.

'Lukas stop! You're hurting me. I love you but you have to stop.' Calli had tried pushing away bit her position was too awkward for that to be effective.

(Is her position hurting her or is she realizing that he has some kind of power that's activating on her?)

He pulled away quickly. "What's wrong?" He asked, but that wasn't his voice... It was Calli's! He quickly slapped his hand over his mouth! 'What the hell?' He thought.

(A little bit of both.)

'What?'

(She should be able to see that he shapeshifted into looking like her.)

"Calli? Calli! What happened?" He noticed she was still in the pose she was in while he was kissing her. "Can you move?" He asked, "and why do I sound like you?"

'You are me. And I can't move. What happened?' She repeated his question because she didn't have an answer.

"I-I don't know! Wait... I am you, what do you mean?" He then ran to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. "What the heck?" He shouted in her voice. But then he realized what this was and came back to the living room. "I think I know what this is! It must be some kind of power that I have like how you have telepathy!" He replied excited.

'So you can steal somebody's identity? That's actually kinda cool. But what about me? I am stuck. Do you know how to undo it?'

He shrugged. "But that also seems to be pretty good. Basically it means that if I shift into someone I can be sure that person doesn't accidentally show up and blow my cover. Which is pretty cool. I just wonder how long it lasts..."

(Do you mind if in my next post she discovers her telekinesis? I was thinking that he would say something to tease her a little. And she would take it the wrong way.)

'OK so that would come in handy. So do I always look like that?'

"Like you and fashion sense don't always see eye to eye? Sometimes..." He replied jokingly.

(Sure.)

That comment had hurt. She didn't register the joking tone because it was her voice and not his. Calli wished that she could move so she could dump the water from the flower vase on the coffee table on his head. She thought about the end result and when she looked back at him he was drenched and the vase was on the ground next to him.

"What the?" He questioned confused. "How'd that happen?"
