The story is pretty interesting so far. I'm very curious to see where it goes.

That was weird, the last scene, how Teagan pretended to not know Marlow...unless she really doesn't know him and someone is just using her identity???

What do you make of the person who told Marlow about the attack behind the library, how he knew about the rape before it happened? Do you think he's involved, or that more than one attack occurred that day? I'm thinking that either the person who planned the attack told someone knowing they'd tell Marlow, or that the person who told Marlow is the one who did it...or it could be similar to Thr3e and that big surprise ending. The way both Marlow and Teagan think the other stood them up makes me wonder if someone is somehow intercepting their messages and slightly changing them. Why can't they send pictures to each other, why have they each seen the other in what they perceived to be a romantic situation? But what would be the purpose of choosing these two people? If that is what happening, which one of them is the target? Can't wait to hear your thoughts about it. :) (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[This is interesting. I don't think Marlow had anything to do with the rape. In fact, I more suspect Jake. It's just suspicious how he remembered he had to be somewhere and left just after Vanessa left. I am curious how Marlow heard of the rape before it happened. (hide spoiler)]

Okay, two things.

1) I just remembered that Lee Strauss is Elle Strauss, or I believe they are somehow related/connected, so that makes me think that (view spoiler)[ it's going a be a parallel reality/universe type of thing. So the reason Marlow knew before it happened is because it did happen for him, but not for her...yet. The same thing with their meeting up at the cafe, they both did show up at the correct cafe but in different realities. Also, his calling to Teagan and her not recognizing him plus her having a boyfriend. As well as when Teagan saw him and thought he might be interested in his roommate. I could be completed wrong, but right now it just makes so much sense to me. Lol. (hide spoiler)]

2) It sounds like Teagan's mom is having an affair with the rapist/killer's father. What do you think? (hide spoiler)]

Even though the story ends in a cliffhanger I really enjoyed it and want to read the complete story, like now...lol.

I can't wait to see if you also thought the same thing I did, when I did, about it being a parallel universe. I think that part was well done, at least in this installment. I'm curious to see if Marlow is able to get over to the Teagan he knows and save her, or if he'll think of another way.

How terrible that Teagan's mom has been cheating on her father, and with, if his side of the story is believable, a psycho who abused his son and now his son is terrorizing women. What is she thinking? Unless she had been somehow coerced into doing it, though I can't think of a reason that makes sense.

Anyway, this was a really good story and I'm glad you suggested it. Can't wait to see what you think :) (hide spoiler)]

That does make a lot of sense! I had a little bit of a feeling that it might (view spoiler)[be a time travel/parallel universe thing, but didn't really believe it until your comment. Now I'm definitely thinking that's the case!
