Would you say that this series is shaping up to have a dramatic ending?
Can you see the weaves of storylines starting to come together?
Any characters you hate/love?

Oh gosh, I love the Tehol and Bugg scenes, and especially when the simple-minded Ublala is around.

Trull and Onrack are another duo that really tugs at your emotions - their friendship is just so strong - that it even moved Quick Ben!!

The ending of Book 2 gave me goosebumps - The Malazans are on our shore. **Fist pump**

Agreed. This is certainly pretty dark compared to previous books and has a tone to it which belies more darkness to come.
I too was happy to see Toc back, and also to see Uplala, Bugg and Tehol. They're certainly the characters who are helping me to get through to more sombre moments.
Malazans are there indeed. Sounds like that's going to result in some devastating things!
Finally, Rhulad, Icarium and Karsa meeting is going to be something...
Still not a fan of Feather Witch so I'm glad that Samar Dev didn't help her.
The talk between Bugg and Tehol etc about the chickens and the chicken tea with feathers was great!! :)
