Azaria Gerardo (bookflix) | 471 comments I'll be starting this today!!

Emma | 2089 comments Okay, I've started not very far in yet though.

Emma | 2089 comments I'm about a third of the way in :)

Azaria Gerardo (bookflix) | 471 comments I've read about 10 pages. Oops! I've just been really busy and in my free time, I've been working on my writing when I should've been reading.

Emma | 2089 comments It's okay don't worry. I've been reading when I should be working on my writing lol. I am really busy for next few days anyway so prob won't get much read. What kind of book are you writing?

Azaria Gerardo (bookflix) | 471 comments I am writing a YA fantasy. What are you writing?

Emma | 2089 comments YA but not fantasy. which is strange for me, since most of my ideas include fantasy but I decided to start on a different one. When I thought of it I fell in love. what's it about?

Azaria Gerardo (bookflix) | 471 comments Well... I just started this idea today. I had been working on a different idea but I abandoned that one because the characters just seemed too flat, and the world was under-developed. Anyways, I've already started brainstorming for my newest novel and it's a YA fantasy series. I've came up with a not-so brilliant longline, but it suits me for now. Here it is;

As the continent of Valarya goes to waste within itself, an abandoned prophecy awakens and may be the key to saving all.

Emma | 2089 comments That sounds good, I would read the book based on that, is this your first book? This is my third attempt at a book and am determined to finish it. I will probably go back to my second attempt and make it better, but the first one is fit for the bin.

Azaria Gerardo (bookflix) | 471 comments This is my first novel. Last year, I participated in Nanowrimo, but dropped out halfway through the month. I abandoned the novel I'd been working on during that time. I'm pretty sure that I will finish this novel, and write the rest of the series as well. The world is just very complex that even if I don't write the story, that I'm outlining now, I could still write another story in that world.

Emma | 2089 comments Are you still wanting to read this or are you wanting to focus on your writing? I am fine either way, just if your not planning on reading I can just carry on. :)

Azaria Gerardo (bookflix) | 471 comments Hey, I think I'd like to wait to read this. I'm focusing on my writing right now, thank you!
