The link works and I must say that you did a pretty good job of finding a good gif, considering you haven't seen the show (YOU MUST WATCH IT SOON, THOUGH).

And no, it's not on Netflix, but it is on an amazing website called kisscartoon.me which is completely legal and has good-sized high-quality videos and no stupid pop-up adds (what more can you ask for?). Another thing is that the show only has 11 episodes that are a little less than 11 minutes long, so watching it in one sitting is not hard at all. And the reason I put this in spoiler form is because I don't want this huge comment distracting people from the original topic of the thread. (hide spoiler)]
