Do you have the ability to read an ebook or pdf? I think for the bonus we're reading my book and the entire team is supposed to read it. I've sent a copy to Shannon and Shirley, and I wrote it so I of course have a copy :).

If you're still interested and able to accept an ebook let me know the format so I can get you a copy.

Is anyone else having trouble reading this week? I feel like I've had zero time! I've read 6 pages. That is so sad. Just thought I'd check in. Maybe it would get me reading again... We'll see.

It's been hard for me too. To be honest, I went out of town and started the show Homeland on the plane. I ended up totally binge watching three seasons in less than two weeks. I loved it!!!

I will say though your book is getting me back into reading. It is good

I've finished book two and just got my cover back, reveal to come soon. And I'm writing book 3 now. Book 3 is my favorite so far.

I finished number 8 on the list. Has anyone else read the Lux series by Jennifer Armentrout? I just finished Opal and O. M. G. Why would you end a book like that?! I am in serious need of Origins now.

I think I'll be able to get to it before the end of the month. I've got some sort of eye infection right now and need to see a doctor to figure out what it is (not pinkeye), so hopefully I will still be able to read while this heals.

AFC comes out hopefully in May. I just got my cover back and did a teaser on my blog. It's currently in the beta reader stage for initial feedback and editing. So fingers crossed it'll be ready to go in early May.

I agree that A Beautiful Wedding was a disappointment. It should never have been written.

I'm on my last challenge book. I'm reading Delirium. I've heard mixed reviews but it's been on my list awhile and it was published in 2011 when I Joined.

Loved Delirium! Loved Pandemonium! And then Requiem happened...

That's all I will say about that.

See that's how most of these trilogy's go for me. I like the first book. Love the second and then the third one

I was going to say then the third one is usually meh. Divergent trilogy was like that, Hunger Games, the legend Trilogy.

I haven't read the third for Legend or Divergent yet. Although I wasn't a fan of Insurgent either.

Have you read the Lux Series? I just finished book 3 and I've loved all of them so far. There are at least 2 more books in the series though.

The Infernal Devices trilogy...LOVED ALL OF THEM!

Cinthia, I have to tell you, I just really got tired of the characters. I thought it was going to be some new info but it was the same ole same ole with Abby and Travis. Ugh

I think I hate Brittany right now. I stopped reading series that haven't been finished because I just can't stand waiting for the next book to come out. I prefer to wait until everything is done and read it all straight through. I decided to make an exception so we could finish the challenge this month (BTW, how did we do? Did we finish it?), and now I won't be able to sleep since I just finished her book! I know book 2 will come out soon, but please tell me you have the final book almost done?
I second Shannon, if you need any more beta readers...

Book 3 is being written, but it's not finished yet. I'm actually writing two books right now. Book 3 and an NA book called Before There Was You. It's a standalone. I basically write in whichever one is currently flowing through my head.

Right now it is book 3 - Let Them See.

Also, for the challenge I just finished my book for number 1 and I finished the one for number 8 a little while ago. My two are done. How about everyone else.

So for April, do you guys want to do a theme read or something. We don't necessarily have to read the same thing but maybe same genre or subject?

Anyone have any other ideas or do you just want to read whatever? I'm up for anything. :)

I'm doing a lot of revamping in AFC right now too. Mostly rewording of some sentences and such but I'm adding in more of a few characters to make certain impacts, well more of an impact. :)

I'll send you and Cinthia the final copy once I'm done . I posted the cover finally too. What do you think?

Wow. So, it's been a month since I said hi to this group. That's depressing. How's everyone doing? Reading anything exciting? I just finished the Faylinn series and it was AMAZING!
I'm also almost done with AFC! Shannon and Cinthia it's changed a lot since you read it. I've added at least 10,000 words. Crazy! I'm planning to publish by the end of the month. If you want a copy of the rewrite just let me know.

Brittany, I definitely want a copy of the rewrite. :)
I haven't been reading as much as I usually do, with the kids being home for the summer and all.
I finished City of Heavenly Fire, which was pretty good, and it took my a while to go back through the five prior books in the series (not full rereads, but almost).
I'm going through Middlesex right now, which is pretty interesting (good interesting). I didn't know what I was getting into when I started it.
How about the rest of you? Anything exciting?

I would love it!!! I'm reading Harry potter series right now. We are going to universal for vacation so I'd like to know more when I visit the wizarding world of Harry potter. I'm also reading it with my daughter so mini book club is fun :)

I've read the first 3 Harry Potter books and seen all the movies. My dad and sister love them! I want to go to Universal and visit the wizarding world of Harry Potter. But I don't see that happening in the near future. Haha.

I'll send it to both of you once I'm done. So close! I hope you like the edits. I think they definitely add to the story.

Oh! Cinithia, I LOVED Easy! Thanks for the recommendation. I need to read book 2 now! I still need to read Book 5 of TMI before I read City of Heavenly Fire. I saw the size of it though. Good grief! It's the size of a Harry Potter book...lol.

I'm a little confused with Jackie's new message. Does she mean one of us has to go to a different team? Is she just mixing people up? Or did I misunderstand her?

I'm trying to think of what would be a fair way to do this, since I'm sure none of us wants to be traded. Shirley should stay, since she's the group leader. How about if she does some kind of drawing of our names to see who has to go? That way it's random.

Thoughts about the switch? Please be honest.

Honestly, I think you can guess I'm against the switch. :)I think it will just be weird for the one person that has to adapt to the new group. If you really want to do a switch it would almost be better to just randomly mix everyone, not just a single person from a group.
Just my opinion, but I'm fine going with the majority.
