Spencer shrugged. He looked at what they had to do, taking his glasses off for a moment.

"Alright, well I'll get started on tradtions..."
Spencer nodded, rubbing his eyes. He yawned and looked at his computer, putting his glasses back on.
At the end of class, Jada shut her computer. "Wanna come over again tonight? I'm making cookies! Plus We really need to get going on this project," Jada said.
"Yeah. I guess." Spencer shrugged. He closed his laptop and put it in his backpack.
"Okay... See you then," She said and walked out, passing by Connor on the way.
Sam waited till everyone had left before leaving the classroom. He bit his lip, looking around.
((Spencer XD))Jada went through her classes, in a daze and once cheer practice was over, she started on her way home.
((Sorry. I'm tired and not paying attention..)Spencer went home after his classes. He worked on the project for a little while, waiting until 5:30 to leave to go work with her.
((Lol it's okay I'll probably do the same soon))She got home and showered, as usual. This time she remembered about Spencer coming over.
Spencer grabbed his backpack, walking out to his car.
She got dressed in jeans and her t-shirt. Starting to put the cookies in the oven.
Spencer drove to her house. He walked up and knocked on the door.
Jada got up from her place on the couch and opened the door."Hi," She said and smiled, "come in, come in."
Spencer smiled faintly. "Hey." He came inside.
"I just put the cookies in the oven, can we study in the kitchen so if the cookies are done I can hear the oven beep?" She asked and started going towards the kitchen.
"Yeah. That's fine." Spencer shrugged. He followed her into the kitchen.
"Alright, let me go get my laptop," She said and started up the stairs.
Spencer nodded. He sat down at the kitchen table, taking out his laptop.
"So, I'm sorry to keep asking... but what really happened between you and Connor. I must be annoying, and sorry but I have to know if he's being an asshole, because if he is..." She said and mumbled off.
Spencer shrugged. "Nothin happened. I think he likes you though." He told her, opening his laptop.
"Yeah. I know. He likes every girl," She said and she narrowed her eyes.
Spencer sighed. He logged into his laptop, not saying anything.
"BEEEEEPP" the oven sounded. "Oh, the cookies!" Jada said and got the oven mitts out, taking the cookies out.
"Ow!" She yelled and ran to the sink.
"ow ow ow ow ow," She repeated and ran cold water over her arm.
Spencer quickly got up and came beside her. "What happened?" He asked, not seeing what happened.
"I burnt myself," She said. and continued to run the water over her arm.
Spencer nodded. He frowned some, watching her run water over her arm.
She touched the burn on her arm."Ow," She said under her breath. She soon realized her scars were showing.
"Um, I'm okay," She said and quickly turned the water off, getting a bandaid from the shelf. She rolled down her sleeves.
Spencer noticed the scars but didn't say anything about them. "You sure?" He asked.
"Yeah, it'll go away... now um what were we doing?" She asked and sat back down.
"I'm working on the government now.." Spencer said, sitting in front of his laptop. He frowned, noticing he had a bunch of tabs For legal stuff open.
"Okay.. right I'm doing tradition," She said and was still very self conscious of her scars, pulling her sleeves down every second.
Spencer nodded. "You don't have to hide your scars. It's alright." He said in a whisper.
"I-I," She was speechless, no one had ever noticed her scars.A single tear rolled down her face, she looked down at her feet.
Spencer turned to look at her. He frowned some.
"I'm sorry, it's just that no one ever cared about them. They just made fun of them. It was a long time ago. I regret every cut..." She said and bit her lip.
"It's alright.." Spencer whispered. He bit his lip, lost in thought.
"To me it's not, I can't accept them," She said and buried her face in her hands."I'm sorry you have to see this," She whispered through her hands.
"It's in the past. There's nothing you can do to change that.." Spencer said gently.
"Yeah, well my past is hard to forget," She said and looked up, wiping the tears away.
She looked down again, picking at her fingernails."Thank you," She said quietly.
Spencer nodded. He pulled on the chain around his neck.
She ran her hand through her hair, working on her project slowly but surely.
Spencer kept working, his hand still holding the chain around his neck.
*Dink Dong* "Oh, the doorbell," she said and got up to answer it.
"Hel-,"She began but then slammed the door.
"Go away, Connor," She said firmly.
Spencer stood up. He stayed away from the door though.
The doorbell sounded multiple times and Jada opened the door again, this time leaving it open."I told you to go away," She said.
Spencer slowly approached, keeping out of site.
Connor just stood there."What do you want?" She asked and crossed her arms.
