Would you say that The Name of the Star would be based on a true story since the story centers around a copycat murderer of Jack the Ripper. It is a fantasy book... but I did not know if it counted since they do talk about the real murders that happened (except Jack is a ghost).

Can I count Anew as a book written by someone under thirty? Chelsea Fine is 31(I had to look that one up on wikipedia XD), but when she wrote the book she was under 30.
