Styxx discussion

Seriously after reading Ash's book I hated Apollo and never before have I hate a fictional character. After enduring the reading of Styxx I have felt a level of hatred that I did not know even existed. Can SK PLEASE find a way to kill this sorry sack of S*** off now! Lord help SK if she ever decides to try and redeem this MF. She did redeem at least in my eyes Arti some in Styxx's book and at the end of one other book when her and Nick is having a convo outside of Ash's wedding. But seriously I think Styxx should get to kill him! Please oh please find a way!

Yeah I would not mind seeing Estes die a horrible death. I am drawing a blank as to who Xan is.....

Xan, the bastard, is the Atlantean Prince who was in Estes' group that took Styxx "fishing" for a week in the woods and helped in the violation of Styxx.

I don't want Apollo dead. I want him to suffer for all eternity. Haha!

Ahh gotcha. I have tended to block out a lot of Styxx book so I don't loose my sanity.

I agree! death will be too simple for Apollo. He needs to be humiliated, beaten, stabbed (without killing) and disfigured because he was such a vain person.

Apollo def needs to suffer first but that which lives can come back to haunt you again and again, so he needs to die after he suffers.

I agree with all of you, he must first suffer then die.

I want him to regret each and every hurt he caused Ash, Styxx and the rest.
As for Artemis she needs to have her comeuppance as well. Neither Ash or Styxx wanted to be a whore. It's not like they woke up one morning and said, "Hey instead of being a prince I want to be a whore and be brutally abused."

As for Estes and Xerxes there is a special place in Tartarus for them.

It is sad that Apollo can't be given a dirt nap, but in this universe if he dies the world ends, or something like that.

Explain to me again why the world dies with the Roman/ Greek gods? Maybe only Rome or Greece would sink? because I remember when Apolymi "destroyed" or petrified The atlantean gods only atlantis and Didymos sinked. I haven't read the whole series but I think I read somewhere that almost all Egyptians gods died, Egypt is still here? and why are the greek/roman gods on top and so important when Acheron could just easily kill them?

Its not all gods. Apollo is tied to the sun, with out the sun the earth dies. He holds the power of the sun. Its different for different gods but some gods cam be killed because they aren't link to a primal source....

This seems to be the most recently commented on and my question isn't exactly relevant but I just got into her books and I was wondering is there's an actual order that they're read in or whatever? I was given the book Styxx for my birthday, not sure if I should read it or get the first book, if there is one?

Hi, Alana. I think you should probably read it in order. It's the 33rd book, if I'm not mistaken. The series is totally worth reading (but I'm biased). Anyway, you might want to read Acheron first if you think you don't want to read the whole series. You're so lucky. I had to borrow Styxx from a friend. :)

Styxx is the 22nd book in the series. I read them out of order which the way she writes I do not think its that big of a deal to read them in order. You just might find out who is with who before reading their book but that will not kill off the interest in their book. At least it didn't for me. HOWEVER, with that said, Styxx's book is one of the toughest reads besides Acheron's book, and I would NOT suggest you starting with that book. This is an AMAZING series but with what all is in Styxx's book it might turn you off of this series and this is not a series to be missed! Happy Reading!

Now that I think about it, yeah, you better not start with Acheron and Styxx. Haha!

It is necessary to read Acheron first before Styxx.

I think so, but its a matter of opinion. Acheron does come before Styxx and there is a lot that happens in Acheron that will get explain in Styxx so I think you should just to help with the possible confussion.

Hi Alana there is a reading order for this series. And although SK says you can read her books as stand alones. I think that is mostly the publisher speak talking. As there is all kinds of interesting nitty gritty details in this series that if you aren't reading this series for book one it can totally throw off your understanding of the world and who the key players are.

I really loved this book. I was so happy when Este finally die as well as their sorry A%* father. What really started to get under my skin was all the lashing and whippings for nothing. Not to mention he practically sold his daughters virginity and son to Apollo worthless butt. However, Rssya was nothing but an arrogant spoiled blind sided individual but she still didn't deserved to be sole. Yes, she was stupid but that's not reason for someone to be sold as a sex slave. Apollo finally got his come up pins since he was left with Apollymi in hell. I can only imagine what she's going to put him through since he was the one that gutted her son. Apollo made everyone's life miserable in both books. Death would have been to kind. He's going to remember all the suffering day by day. I am very happy with the ending that Styxx and Acheron bonded as brothers again and got what they wanted most of all; a family and friends that truly loved them and wanted nothing in return

After reading Styxx, Apollos fate definitely brought a smile to my face, along with a very loud, in your face kinda laugh!!!

I think 50 pages of Styxx's suffering should be exchange for Apollo's. I'd really like to read about what Apollimy and the others do with him.

I think Asheron should just pretend he doesn't know where Simi is while she takes a good swing at the "heffer goddess" - complete with BBQ sauce.

I think just about everyone wants Apollo dead, but they don't dare because if he goes, so does the sun and life with it.

Apollymi fue la que hundió Atlantis, y destruyó Didymos, no fue ocasionado por la petrificación de los Dioses Atlantes y no hay que olvidar que Savitar la ayudó a contener toda la fuerza (de los dioses petrificados) y devolverla a la fuente y así mantener el equilibrio en el Universo pero le advirtió que no la volvería a ayudar

Not me. I love Apollo as a fictional character. I wouldn't love him if he was real though. I hope to see more of him.
