Will seeing the movie first make you want to read the book?

I agree with Lucy, I get excited to read the book if I find out a movie was based on it, especially if the movie was a good one.

I do that often. A lot of times you find out after you've watched the movie that there was a book first and I immediately get excited to read it. I actually have a book list on GR of movies that I saw first and need to read the book.

I do that too. if the movie is good I will track down the book

Not necessarily. I am one of those people who try to read the book BEFORE seeing the movie.
