Shanea | 358 comments Hello. Since we all spend at least a small amount of time searching about for books, there is probably a fair bit of knowledge of various websites or organizations that are literary related lurking among our brains. Would anyone be interested in sharing their sources for books or for book recommendations on the web? It would be particularly helpful if you could share sources for classics that we would be reading, and perhaps I our someone else could compile them into a sort of resource section.

Karena (karenafagan) Book Riot is my go-to. They do modern and classics.

Carolien (carolien_s) http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/ is very useful to find details on series/authors by country/year of birth/death etc

Blueberry (blueberry1) Interesting site, Karena. It even suggested a reading challenge of the many unremembered Pulitzer Prize winning books.

Karena (karenafagan) They have really great pieces on all kinds of bookish things and they're right up my alley on not making literature something that is only for scholars or whatnot that tends to happen sometimes. All in all, it's about being a reader and loving stories. They kill my TBR list ALL THE TIME. And they're not sorry. haha

Shanea | 358 comments Karena, they have some interesting articles, and then they have some interesting articles that also make me question my sanity as I am reading.

Karena (karenafagan) I think the best thing is they are able to start a dialogue about books. You don't have to agree with the post, but it's a great way to get a conversation started.
