I live in the Netherlands and I can't seem to get it there. Out of print, etc. Through American sites such as Amazon is no possibility for me. I don't have a credit card or American bank account.
Does someone here have a copy which I could take over for a reasonable price?
I can do payments (from my country to another) upfront through online banking. Or if someone knows where I could buy it through online banking with an European bank account, I really would like to hear where.
