My daughter and I have a suggestion. April 28th is International Astronomy Day. How about aliens? (I Am Number Four has been on my TBR list for a while now.)
There is another definition for alien. According to Wikipedia, it means: a non-citizen resident of a country.
Anyway, just an idea.

For a very short time I considered suggesting a clown for April's creature feature in honor of April's Fools Day. But after thinking for awhile, I realized I couldn't think of ANY books I've read with a clown in it. So I decided that maybe that a clown would be too difficult to find.
Although there is a list on Listopedia about clown horror books, and there may be some rodeo clown books that I haven't seen or heard of.

Well now I'm glad I said something. Good luck deciding on which creature to go with.

The LEPRECHAUN, of course!
A Leprechaun is a type of fairy in Irish folklore, usually taking the form of an old man, clad in a red or green coat, who enjoys partaking in mischief. Like other fairy creatures, leprechauns have been linked to the Tuatha Dé Danann of Irish mythology. The Leprechauns spend all their time busily making shoes, and store away all their coins in a hidden pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. If ever captured by a human, the Leprechaun has the magical power to grant three wishes in exchange for their release.
