My other books will be going for free too in a special promotion. May I apologise for the 'Jacob's Ladder' version which I can't pull to correct until after the promotion. A very sharp eyed reader spotted some copy edit howlers in the first chapters which my copy editor ( a well paid pro) left in!!!!) I know I should have seen them too but it is very hard in your own book which is why Writer's Choice always pay for pro copy editors! Not that one again though!

Seems short stories are increasing in popularity again.

'Bobby Calf Pen' is a 1st POV and so you only hear his name near the end from his wife. James it is. Poor bloke! Did you laugh about the confusion? I always find it hard to write humour but James was such a well meaning bloke who never got it right but is trying to learn now.
Thank you for commenting.

Each of the six stories had very different themes and characters. Each story had a different twist with ending of the last story, Greek Olives, taking me by surprise. each story evoked different emotions ranging from outright laughter to a 'lump in the throat'.
I'm not sure I had a favourite, but if I was pushed I would most likely choose Frogs and Lambs.
Great storytelling.

Being able to put them together in an ebook has given them life again with new readers and I am pleased you kind supporters of Indie writers enjoyed them too.
