Well the main story line of the book is this girl named Sarah who has had a rough time of it and has turned away from anything that has tried to help. Now (as such happens in real life) good and evil is fighting over her. Evil is fighting hard but ultimately the choice is hers. She will have a choice to make- and the consequences come naturally.

That probably didn't explain much
... but *shrug* Didn't want to give too much away ((;
Now unlike what people have guessed before this is not only mental but it is actual occurrences. You'll see (;
