So, what book about the Tudors or Tudor England would y'all like to read for April?

What would you like to read?

Stormbird is really Plantagenet, and is not out yet in the U.S., at any rate (I believe it's due here in July). (I agree, it does look interesting, though.)

I nominate "Dissolution" by C.J. Sansom and "The Creation of Anne Boleyn" by Susan Bordo.

Just for info, A.W's sequel to The Lady Elizabeth - The Marriage Game - is published in UK on June 26th.
I am reading Tudor The Family Story by Leanda de Lisle. A large book full of well sourced info including some of the less well known players in the Tudor family. Well worth a try and available on audio too.
So many good books around!

I loved Will's insights and comments! I often wondered what people who were close personally to Henry thought privately.

I suggest Anne Wroe's book Perkin. The mystery of Perkin Warbeck who assumed the role of one of the princes in the tower and his impact upon the reign of Henry Tudor. A fascinating plot.
