I have made a secret group so our strategy discussions can be hidden from the other teams. I have sent friend requests to those who were not my friends yet.I am excited to start this game.

We also need to think about names. Maybe:Pretty Powerful Pirates
If we're the "P" team, it would be a shame not to use 'Pirate' something.Here's a few suggestions:
Pillaging Pirates?
Plundering Pirates?
If there are 8 of us (I don't know how big the teams are), we could also be "Pieces of Eight"?
There are 7 of us. I like Pillaging Pirates.

(a brilliant name which I cannot take credit for - it was generated by the Seventh Sanctum)

The Pride of the Seven Seas
(Just not as excellent as Posideon's Whore, in my opinion)
It is a team name, but that doesn't mean we can't make it the name of a ship. We can be the pirate crew of a ship.

Poseidon's Whore is awesome! But I'm happy with anything. And I hope people on this team understand how to play because I have NO clue! So you will just have to point me in the right direction and say "read this" and I'm good.

The group invite should show up on your home page on the right side under My Profile. Click there on the groups link.
I found it! No worries. Just hadn't looked at my GR page when I first got on.
I'm in CST, and can't get online at work at all except at lunch time. So I probably won't be able to check this page until after work on Fridays. But I will check as soon as I can.
Just two more people to check in here and one more to accept my friend request. As soon as everyone has checked in and has input on the name, I will change the name of the secret group and tell the mods what our name is.
To the mods who might be peeking at threads, we are trying to patiently wait for our card. :)

Great, everyone has checked in at our secret group! Tina just needs to come here too and chime in on names. Kimberly has several great ideas for names, so we should decide what we would like to be called.
