I have created a group for us and have send friend requests/invites to the group.
You can already find some discussion topics (like what are we going to call ourselves). Feel free to add topics.

Sarah, the eMail seems to be delayed, as do the invites.

Look for your invite to join your team's secret group under the profile section of your home screen (to the left):

That's where I found mine and it appeared immediately. I think I have that email option turned off.
