Sorry I'm a little late, I've been doing a lot of buddy reads and I'm behind with most of them. *sigh*
25% [finished chapter 11]
(view spoiler)[So far this seems like an interesting combination of "A Northern Light" and "The wicked and the just". The first because of the mystery of the bog child [Mel] and the coming of age atmosphere around Fergus. He's still deciding what to do with his future, what's right and what's just, so to say. And here comes in the similarity with "The wicked and the just". There's also the war and a group of young men who will stop at nothing to get their freedom. Fergus also reminds me of Gruffydd: stuck between his duty for his family and to stay alive for them and his duty to his hearth and fight for their justice/freedom. (hide spoiler)]
