This was an interesting story with some gore that might make some people squeamish. The story progressed slowly but I can't wait to see how it unfolds.


This prestige hardcover collects the first two arcs of the critically acclaimed and New York Times bestselling series; "Family," which introduces Forever Carlyle and her Family as they are brought to the brink of war in a future of economic collapse; and "Lift," where Forever uncovers a terrorist plot against her Family while another family altogether, the Barrets, take desperate measures to escape their life of poverty.

Although this is another story with some blood and gore, I couldn't put it down!! Kick butt heroine and secrets make this a fun and entertaining read.

I've read 3 volumes and all I can say is I LOVE IT!! Great fight scenes and interesting characters stay with you after you've read the last chapter.

Beautiful, disturbing and dark, Nijigahara Hologram was like nothing I had ever read. I was left in mild shock at the ending and wanted to reread it but, I was too afraid. This is definitely for adults.
