So, I've noticed on one of my books that the ratings don't add up, yet they've all been there for more than 24 hours now. One in particular, a two-star rating which is attached to a review, doesn't seem to factor in to the book's overall rating, even though when you click on ratings it is listed. I've contacted the reviewer, and had him re-rate it, but that doesn't seem to have fixed the issue.

I've run into this glitch before. You have to ask Management to refresh the database.

I'm no mathmatician, but my ratings--ALL TWO OF THEM--are 4 stars, but my overall rating is 2. If 2 out of 2 is 4, then wouldn't that put the overall average at 4? 4 + 4/2 = 4, right?

I want to do another give away, but not if my overall average is 2!
