Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hello,

This book actually is a French edition of Assassin's Apprentice by Robin Hobb (one of the american editions here ISBN: 0006480098).
Could a librarian please combine these editions ?

The librarian note (not visible to you) on the edition says "Specific French edition. Please do not combine with full novel. "

I could possibly request the librarian to explain further as the note was left in 2012, not giving any additional information.

Why do you think it should be combined with 0006480098 and are you convinced it is the full first novel of the series?

The link to Wikipedia on the series page (https://www.goodreads.com/series/8977... ) shows that most volumes of the French series *after* volume 1 were split into more parts. Volume 1 seems to be the same as the English volume though.
