Tim Apparently the US edition contains a paragraph at the end of the story that the UK edition doesn't have. According to Robin Hobb, that paragraph was meant to be cut, but it wasn't in the US edition. So, the UK edition is the "right" one.

See also her website: http://www.robinhobb.com/2015/08/twix... (the content was changed for the update, resulting also in deleting the said paragraph)

"Okay, here's where it become even more confusing. I've just edited the post on Robinhobb.com to reflect that it is not a 'missing' paragraph. It's actually one we cut on April 29 (very late in the book process) and somehow it crept back into the US edition. It was cut because it references spring, and it's actually still winter."
