ARIA discussion

Often I find a so-called review is merely a rewrite of the back cover blurb or a bland summary of the plot. Reviews need to be as gripping as a good novel or inspire readers to purchase or sadly to put them off. I offer a (cheeky) checklist of questions a newbie reviewer could use to aid the thinking, planning and writing of a novel's review.
