Elisa (elisabookaholic) | 13 comments Hi there,

I haven't read this book yet but I'm pretty sure I put it in my wish list however, darned if I can remember the title.

Here's what I can remember from the blurb and excerpt.

The MC is a cross between a bear and something else (can't remember what) and he is so disturbing in his shift that he scares everyone. He is moving to a town so he is looking for a house. When he goes into the realty office, he is introduced to a woman named Honey. I think she is a badger shifter but I'm not sure if I'm remembering that correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Elisa

Joseph (bluemanticore) | 433 comments Sounds like something from Shelly Laurenston's Pride series. Perhaps the last in the series Bite Me, it has a honey badger and a hybrid feline/grizzly shifter romance in it.

Tracy | 88 comments I don't think its Shelly Laurenston's book, because the male bear shifter already owns the house and the female honey badger shifter is constantly breaking into his house and eating his honey. He keeps complaining about the holes she makes to break in.

Cruth | 85 comments Bunny and the Bear by Eve Langlais or Beast Behaving Badly by Shelly Laurenston?

Neither quite fit the description; just putting them out there since sometimes books get mixed up in our heads.

Yup, that's the story. Now I remember why I didn't purchase it yet. It is very short for that amount of money darn it.

Well, it is on my wish list now so hopefully it will go on sale as it is the first book in the series.

Thank you so much!
Elisa

Thanks Joseph, it isn't the story I was looking for, but I've read "Bite Me" and really enjoyed it.

That part was really funny. I laughed a lot when I read it. The whole book was funny actually. I love reading Shelly's books for that very reason.

Thanks for responding Tracy.

They do get mixed up in there don't they Cruth. I think my brain misfiles things and sometimes I think it drops the files in a pile and just randomly puts them back. LOL

Thanks for responding Natalie. I read the excerpt and it is the book I was looking for. Could you tell me if you thought it was worth the price for such a short story? It seems kind of expensive to me.
