Dead Sea by
Keene's The Rising series is even more notorious and better, but since the zombies can drive, talk, use weapons and are in fact somekind of interdimensional demons who reanimate dead bodies with the goal to annihilate mankind and all life on the planet, it might not fit the description of the more classical zombie. Dead Sea is straighter in that regard.
