Great story. I've shared with several writer friends. When I went to a big-time writer's conference--several years ago, the agents were there, pretending to be interested in the writers and asking for full manuscripts. Some, including me, believed them. No more.
Thanks. Well said, Thomas. I think indie publishing is becoming more relevant and respected. Time to cut out the middle man. Let the readers decide what they like and want to buy, without the lit agent filter. Good luck to you and with your writing career.
Indie news, author spotlights, advice from others, rants from me.
