ttyl question

I am not sure why the author did it. I think it's such a unique and awesome idea. I always recommend this book if someone is looking for something different. I really enjoyed the texting format. It was surprisingly easy to tell the emotions apart- which is usually hard to do it text format. I think the format for sure appeals to a younger audience. It's a great book for those kids that say they hate reading books. No one can resist reading texts!

I found the text messages a little difficult to get into, and the slang a little dated at this point.
