Gisbelle | 25787 comments General Rules

Each Mad Libs challenge is going to be different. As the result the rules might not be the same as well. However, the followings are the general rules for the challenge.

description Eligible Books
Each Mad Libs will have a set of rules to point out which books are acceptable for the challenge and which are not.

Rules for eligible books will be based on the theme of the Mad Libs challenge.

description Guidelines
1. Depends on the theme of the Mad Libs challenge, there will be stories for the participants to choose from.

2. Participants are welcome to pick another story when they finish their first pick. This is for when there are more than one story available for selecting.

3. To add excitement to the challenge, the title of each story and the story itself will not be revealed until 1 or 2 days before the challenge is over.

4. Participants need to find words based on the list for the story they have picked.
e.g.: 1: noun | 2: verb ending with -ing ...

5. Words they may use for this challenge must be extracted from the books they are reading for the challenge (words in the titles are also acceptable)

6. No more than 3 words from each book can be used for the challenge. In other words, one book can be used 3 times.

7. The books must be started, read and finished within duration of the challenge.
