September 15, 2015 through December 14, 2015
Q&A
Please ask any questions about this challenge in this thread, I will answer them as any come up. I will transfer the question and answer to this message to hopefully help everyone.
Q: I do have a question though... for Home Ec, does food on the cover include drinks? Will a glass of wine count?
A: I want to say yes, but I'm not sure we should be encouraging drinking by students - even in college! =P
I'm going to leave that to the participant's discretion because while I don't think it would be my first choice for that spot, I can see using it too.
Follow Up Q: Well, I just took another look at the cover, and it appears to be blood rather than wine...food for the vampire MC?!? :D
A: To a vamp, blood is food - that works in my book!
Q: Are we supposed to make new posts as we finish books? Or would you prefer we update our original post?
A: You can update your original post as you go along, but it is best to repost when you complete the challenge. Of course, you are free to make new posts as you go along. I only really care that you repost when you're done.

A lot of the topics would be included in the precis. You can also check how other people have shelved the book you are thinking of for clues. Or you can ask and see if someone is familiar with the book and can help you.
I usually just read what I want and find where it fits afterwards myself. I do tend to read quite a bit though and have lots of options in the three months of the challenge. I do sometimes have to search out books that fit to finish the challenge before it ends, sometimes checking what other people have read for each spot helps me out there!

Major/Career/Life Choice

I do have a question though... for Home Ec, does food on the cover include drinks? Will a glass of wine count?

I'm going to leave that to the participant's discretion because while I don't think it would be my first choice for that spot, I can see using it too.

And thanks for asking, I'll add that to the first post.

Thanks for responding so quickly!

Well, I just took another look at the cover, and it appears to be blood rather than wine...food for the vampire MC?!? :D
